I was unsure to show the other cards I made, as they are a little bit experimental (or basically me messing about!) Anyhow, moving swiftly on the above card uses:
Tando Music Mask and Music Shapes
Darkroom Door 'Chorus' Set
Tissue Tape - 'Symphony'
Brushed Corduroy Reinker
Distress ink
Charcoal
1. Lay the mask on the card and swipe some distress ink through using a piece of cut n' dry foam (Sorry Ive forgotten the colour Ive used)
2. Rub the charcoal over some of the Distress ink and rub it in well with your fingers.
3. Mix some reinker with water and then spritz randomly over the card.
4. Take the tissue tape and concitina/scrunch it as you lay it down on the card.
5.Finally, add the Tando music note (its been left naked) and stamp the quote.

I've seen your 'experiments' before and they're usually fabulous so I hope we do get to see these ones.
As for this particular card, I think it's wonderful and would be so delighted if it landed through my letterbox. It's so different to the previous one but just as stunning. I love the colours together and the wavy tissue across the bottom looks very effective. Just love it!

Love the experiment, just so simply effective - note to Paula, need to see the rest!
Hey, I most certainly agree with the ladies above, I simply LOVE this card, so stunning and so effective. The colour combo is fantastic and I love (sorry keep using that word) the way you have used the charcoal. It lends it that special dramatic look. Please show us your other "experiments" too if they are anything like this, hey- my letterbox is certainly open too lol!
Great effects from the Distress Inks, the concertina Tissue Tape is perfect too.
